Policies
Ordering:
- Orders are limited to a set number of sets each week. If the designs aren’t showing on the website, orders have closed for the week and will be reset every Sunday at 9am.
- All orders are final and cannot be refunded due to change of mind.
- Orders will be completed and shipped within 5-10 working days.
Shipping:

- The estimated delivery times area a guide only and are not guaranteed
- The Nail Wardrobe is not responsible for shipping carrier errors, delays or lost in transit. Once the order has been scanned into the carriers system, it is no longer The Nail Wardrobes responsibility.
Refunds & Returns:
- Due to the custom nature of press on nails, refunds and returns will not be accepted, unless they have been damaged in transit. In this instance, please email or DM on Instragram ASAP after receiving any damaged goods including a photo of the damage.
- Correct sizing is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to incorrect sizing. Replacement nails can be purchased to replace any nail that doesn’t fit.
